SHIPPING

1.1 Delivery time, tracking and shipping costs

For the purposes of these General Conditions, "delivery" or "Products delivered" shall be understood to have occurred at the moment the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer acquires physical possession of the Products.

All our packages are carefully prepared to prevent damage during transit.

It is important that you check the condition of the package before accepting delivery, and you have the right to refuse it if it does not arrive in good condition.

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

We process and ship our orders during our working hours, from Monday to Thursday from 8:00h to 17:30h, and on Fridays from 8h to 16:00h.

The order will be shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment during our working hours. Delivery times may vary depending on the country you have chosen for delivery:

- Shipments within the European Union: 2-4 working days.

- Shipments to other countries: 6-8 working days depending on customs procedures.

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email informing you of the tracking number and the link to track your package.

If for any reason OFFVIEW, S.L cannot meet the estimated delivery date, you will be informed of this circumstance and offered the option to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or to cancel the order with a refund of the price paid.

1.2 Shipping costs

In countries where free shipping costs are communicated, you will always find a free option within the shipping methods.

1.3 Taxes and Duties

All orders shipped to European Union countries are sent according to the international trade rule known as DDP ("Delivery Duty Paid"), which requires all taxes to be included in the final price.

Deliveries to other countries:

The price of all items includes sales tax (Value Added Tax - VAT). Duties and handling fees will be borne by the buyer.

In case of return, duties and handling fees will not be refunded.

 

PURCHASE RETURN

The return period is 30 days from the date of purchase.

Send an email from the address you used to make your purchase, indicating your order number and the products you wish to return, and choose one of our refund options:
 
- Gift Card: once we receive the return at our warehouse and review the package, we will send you an email with your gift card. This refund will not incur a return cost in any country.
 
- Original payment method: once we receive the return at our warehouse and review the package, we will process the refund using the same method as the original payment. This may take up to 7 days from the receipt of the items. The return costs are as follows:
