Your glasses come with a 36-month warranty after the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects that may be beyond our control.
SUNGLASSES PURCHASED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE
If any manufacturing defect appears within 36 months of the purchase date, we will repair your glasses free of charge.
For any damage, misuse, or accident that may occur, our Technical Service is available to repair your glasses within 48 hours.
To proceed with a repair, you must fill out the following form and our Customer Service team will contact you and take care of everything.
Please remember that only items purchased on our website can be repaired at our headquarters. If you purchased your glasses at an optician, you must go there to file a claim.
I BOUGHT MY GLASSES ONLINE. HOW DO I REQUEST REPAIR?
Identify which warranty period your glasses are in:
- If your glasses have a manufacturing defect and are within the first month of purchase , our Customer Experience team will collect them free of charge and replace them with new ones.
- If your glasses have a manufacturing defect between 2 and 36 months after purchase , please send an email to hello@offview.com detailing the problem and attaching a photo of the defect. Once the defect has been verified, you can send the glasses to our headquarters, and our Technical Service will arrange the repair free of charge.

- C) If your glasses have been damaged in an accident, misused, or have exceeded the 36-month warranty period , please send an email to hello@offview.com detailing the problem and attaching a photo of the defect. Once we receive your email, we will authorize the repair by assigning you a repair number, which you can send to our headquarters. Package your product well to prevent damage during shipping. Write the Repair Number on the outside of the package and include a copy of the repair form inside.
The item you send us must have this repair number to be processed. Items received without this number may experience processing delays or be returned to the sender.
Once the glasses are received at our headquarters, you will receive an email with the quote for your acceptance and payment.
